Detailed description

  • Powder mix for omelets, scrambled eggs, and egg-free tortillas.
  • 100% plant-based. Allergen-free.
  • Easy to use.
  • Best before date: 18 months from the date of manufacture. Store in a dry place at room temperature, away from light and moisture.
  • Dosage: 1 egg = 7g Yumgo Omelette + 7g oil + 37g water
  • For scrambled eggs:
    • Mix Yumgo Omelette with water and oil, then mix until the powder is completely dissolved (using a blender, whisk, or other method).
    • Pour oil into a pan over high heat (not a sauté pan) and wait until the pan is very hot.
    • Pour the mixture into the hot pan and stir continuously until thickened.
    • Continue cooking for approximately 3 to 4 minutes. The mixture should be cooked through, neither runny nor mushy. Wait a few seconds for it to cool, then serve!
  • You can enhance your preparation with kala namak salt for an eggy flavor, or turmeric for color.


How does it work?

Step 1: The Base (mix)

  • Mix the powder, water, and oil.
  • Use a whisk or an immersion blender for a perfectly smooth and lump-free texture.

Step 2: Cooking (2 options)

  • 🍳 Scrambled eggs: Cook in an oiled pan over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir constantly until fully cooked.
  • 🥞 Omelet: Pour into the pan, stir initially, then cover. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side for perfect consistency.

Step 3: Finishing

  • Season: Kala Namak salt (sulfurous taste), Turmeric (color), or your fresh herbs.
  • The secret: The preparation continues to solidify after cooking.
