- Dosage: 1 egg = 7g Yumgo Omelette + 7g oil + 37g water
- For scrambled eggs:
- Mix Yumgo Omelette with water and oil, then mix until the powder is completely dissolved (using a blender, whisk, or other method).
- Pour oil into a pan over high heat (not a sauté pan) and wait until the pan is very hot.
- Pour the mixture into the hot pan and stir continuously until thickened.
- Continue cooking for approximately 3 to 4 minutes. The mixture should be cooked through, neither runny nor mushy. Wait a few seconds for it to cool, then serve!
- You can enhance your preparation with kala namak salt for an eggy flavor, or turmeric for color.
