Preparation
  • In a saucepan, heat the milk with half of the
    sugar and the vanilla pod.
  • Rehydrate Yumgo Yolk Powder with water and oil.
  • Mix the rehydrated Yumgo with the rest of the sugar.
  • When the milk is simmering, pour some of the milk over the mixture
    previous.
  • Pour everything back into the pan while stirring with
    a spatula and bring to a boil.
  • Strain the cream and let it cool before using.
