180g almond powder

3g salt

300g potato starch

600g of butter or margarine

+ 192g of water (to rehydrate the powder)

Preparation
  • Mix all dry ingredients together.
  • Sand the powders with the butter.
  • Mix Yumgo Whole powder with water.
  • Add to the previous preparation and mix.
  • Store in a cool place before use.
  • Bake blind at 160°C for 25 min.
