Recommended dosage for pancakes and waffles:
40% pancake mix, 10% butter or margarine, 50% milk.
1 sachet of 200g + 50g of butter or margarine + 250g of milk
Recommended dosage for crepes:
33% pancake mix, 8% butter or margarine, 59% milk.
1 sachet of 200g + 48g of butter or margarine + 358g of milk
Recommended pancake recipe:
Mix the mix and milk until smooth. Add the melted butter or margarine and mix until you have a smooth, homogeneous batter. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
Cook in a hot pan with a little oil or butter. When the pancake starts to bubble, flip it. Enjoy hot or reheat in a pan or microwave.
