What is the composition of Yumgo White powder?

Ingredients :
potato protein, acacia fiber, flax fiber, stabilizer: xanthan gum, salt

Does Yumgo egg white contain the same amount of protein as an egg white?

The nutritional values of Yumgo products and eggs are very similar. Yumgo egg white therefore has a protein intake equivalent to that of an egg white.

On the other hand, Yumgo powders and liquids also have a fiber content that is non-existent in eggs.

Are Yumgo products suitable for people with food allergies?

Let's be clear: our products do not contain any material of animal origin!

Yumgo's generic range is fully VEGAN certified and does not contain any of the 14 major allergens. It is also gluten-free and soy-free.

Our mayo contains Dijon mustard and therefore has mustard as the only allergen.

Our dark chocolate & hazelnut cookies contain wheat flour and therefore gluten, soy and hazelnuts.

Our cacao chocolate cookies contain wheat flour and therefore gluten and soy.


Can I beat egg whites like I do with eggs?

Yes! Besides, Yumgo White has a greater foaming capacity than the egg, so it will be easier to beat egg whites with Yumgo than with an egg. After mixing Yumgo Powder and water, beat your mixture until stiff for 5 minutes.

How long can I consume Yumgo White Powder?

The DDM is:

Can I rehydrate with something other than water for Yumgo White?

For the Yumgo White, you can replace the water with any liquid that does not contain any fat, such as fruit puree, an infusion or even tea.
If the recipe contains liquids, it is possible to use these liquids to rehydrate Yumgo Powder and thus reduce rehydration.
