Our product is not an egg. Yumgo products have been developed to replace eggs in all recipes. However, some recipes may be difficult to reproduce with Yumgo. You can view all our recipes on our website.
For example, our Yumgo Yolk contains a natural gelling agent that will gel when cooked. It will therefore not be possible to reheat a hollandaise sauce or other hot sauce without it gelling. It will also not be possible to freeze the preparation because of the starch and the natural gelling agent.
We also do not recommend using Yumgo Whole to make an omelet or scrambled eggs.
