Preparation
  • Mix the butter, sugar, salt and baking powder for 2 minutes on low speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.
  • Rehydrate the Whole Yumgo with water.
  • Slowly add the rehydrated Yumgo and vanilla
  • Add the flour
  • Refrigerate the dough until firm enough to cut with a spoon.
  • Take the cookie dough and flatten it into disks.
  • Bake at 160°C for 10 to 15 minutes
