Shipping Policy

 

Our products are shipped at ambient temperature by our partners DPD and Mondial Relay. We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, and Italy.

Delivery times

 

Mainland France and Belgium

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11 AM: if stock allows, the order is dispatched within 2 business days following the order date, for a scheduled delivery within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are 5 business days.

Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11 AM: if stock allows, the order is dispatched within 2 business days following the order date. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 7 business days.

 

Shipping method

Our ambient-temperature products are shipped via DPD (home delivery) or Mondial Relay (pickup point delivery).

Thanks to DPD's system, you will be notified by SMS and email (contact details provided at the time of order) when your parcel is picked up. You can easily reschedule delivery if the proposed time slot does not suit you.

Home delivery (DPD):

— Mainland France: from €6.09, then calculated based on the total parcel weight. Free delivery for orders of €100.00 or more.

— Belgium: from €6.09, then calculated based on the total parcel weight. Free delivery for orders of €150.00 or more.

— Italy and Spain: from €19.00, then calculated based on the total parcel weight. Free delivery for orders of €150.00 or more.

— Netherlands and Luxembourg: from €15.00, then calculated based on the total parcel weight. Free delivery for orders of €150.00 or more.

— Germany: from €15.00, then calculated based on the total parcel weight. Free delivery for orders of €150.00 or more.

 

Pickup point delivery (Mondial Relay):

France: €4.99 for orders under €40.00. Free for orders of €40.00 or more.

Belgium: €5.99 for orders under €40.00. Free for orders of €40.00 or more.

Italy and Spain: €6.99 for orders under €40.00. Free for orders of €70.00 or more.

Netherlands and Luxembourg: €5.99 for orders under €40.00. Free for orders of €70.00 or more.

Returns

Returns are not possible on this platform. The products sold are food items. However, if you wish to cancel an order, this is possible by contacting us the day after your online purchase before 10 AM (French time). Any product that has already been handed over to the carrier cannot be taken back. We have plenty of recipe ideas on www.yumgo.fr to help you enjoy them — don't worry, you'll find a way to use them!
