30g Sugar

11g Raising powder

2g Salt

300g Milk or plant-based milk

65g Sunflower butter or oil

14g Yumgo Whole Powder

88g Water

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. In another container, mix the milk, melted butter, whole Yumgo powder and water.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and stir until a smooth paste is obtained.
  4. Let the dough rest 10 minutes.
  5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease it lightly.
  6. Pour portions of batter 30 to 50g in the pan.
  7. When bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancakes and let them cook for a 1 minute.

👉 Result: fluffy and golden brown pancakes.
