Recommended dosage:

58% financiers mix, 26% water, 16% oil (e.g., sunflower)

1 sachet of 290 g + 130 g water + 80 g oil

Recommended recipe:

Gradually add the water to the financier mix, then add the oil. Transfer to a piping bag. Pipe the mixture into the bag and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the size of the mold, in a fan oven at 160°C (325°F). Unmold once completely cool
