Instructions: Defrost the pouch overnight in the refrigerator (4°C). Once opened, it can be stored for up to 72 hours. For optimal quality, spoon the mousse into individual serving glasses and keep chilled until ready to serve.
Gourmet tip: Top your mousse with various toppings: hazelnut pieces, fresh fruit, granola, chocolate shavings or crunchy caramel… for an even more irresistible dessert.
Storage: Before defrosting: 12 months at -18°C (see best before date).
