How it works?
70g powder + 100g water + 330g sugar + 1L milk + 1L cream
40g powder + 400g water + 320g sugar + 1L milk + 1L cream
Preparation
- Heat cream and milk in a saucepan
- Mix Yumgo Crème powder, sugar, and water in a separate container
- When milk and cream boil, add the mixture — boil for 3 minutes — season
- Transfer the preparation and let it rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator
Storage
