How it works?
Dessert Cream — 33 servings of 100g

70g powder + 100g water + 330g sugar + 1L milk + 1L cream

Crème Brûlée — 28 servings of 100g

40g powder + 400g water + 320g sugar + 1L milk + 1L cream

Preparation

  1. Heat cream and milk in a saucepan
  2. Mix Yumgo Crème powder, sugar, and water in a separate container
  3. When milk and cream boil, add the mixture — boil for 3 minutes — season
  4. Transfer the preparation and let it rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator

Storage

  • 18 months after production, at room temperature
  • Store in a dry place, away from light and humidity

Can I make all recipes that contain eggs with Yumgo?

Our product is not an egg. Yumgo products have been developed to replace eggs in all recipes. However, some recipes may be difficult to reproduce with Yumgo. You can view all our recipes on our website.

For example, our Yumgo Yolk contains a natural gelling agent that will gel when cooked. It will therefore not be possible to reheat a hollandaise sauce or other hot sauce without it gelling. It will also not be possible to freeze the preparation because of the starch and the natural gelling agent.
We also do not recommend using Yumgo Whole to make an omelet or scrambled eggs.

Can Yumgo White be used to make cocktails?

If I mix Yumgo yolk and white, can I use this mixture as Whole Yumgo?

Unfortunately, no, you will not find the properties of the whole egg by mixing the yolk and the white of Yumgo. Don't panic, that's why we developed Yumgo Entier.

Why do I always have to use cold liquid?

Rehydration with a cold liquid allows the mixture to ideally develop all its properties.
