  • Powdered mix for egg-free omelets, scrambled eggs and tortillas.
  • 100% plant-based. Allergen-free.
  • Easy to use.
  • Best before date: 18 months after leaving the factory, store in a dry place at room temperature, away from light and moisture.
  • Dosage: Yumgo Omelette 13.5%, Oil 13.5%, Water: 73%.
  • For scrambled eggs:
    • Mix Yumgo Omelette with water and oil, then mix until the powder is completely dispersed (using a blender, whisk, or other method).
    • Pour oil into a frying pan over high heat (not a sauté pan) and wait until the pan is very hot.
    • Pour the mixture into the hot pan and stir continuously until thickened.
    • Continue cooking for at least 4 minutes. The mixture should be thoroughly cooked, neither runny nor mushy.
    • Wait a few seconds for it to cool down, then serve!
  • You can enhance your preparation with kala namak salt for the eggy taste, and turmeric for color.
