For scrambled eggs:
- Mix Yumgo Omelette with water and oil, then mix until the powder is completely dispersed (using a blender, whisk, or other method).
- Pour oil into a frying pan over high heat (not a sauté pan) and wait until the pan is very hot.
- Pour the mixture into the hot pan and stir continuously until thickened.
- Continue cooking for at least 4 minutes. The mixture should be thoroughly cooked, neither runny nor mushy.
- Wait a few seconds for it to cool down, then serve!
- You can enhance your preparation with kala namak salt for the eggy taste, and turmeric for color.
