How it works

Yumgo Whole 1 kg — basic dosage

Equivalent to 1 whole egg

7 g powder + 43 ml water

Blend with an immersion blender until smooth

1 kg format — equivalent to 148 eggs

1 kg powder + 6.3 kg water

= 13.7% ratio

🥞 Whole Recipe — Pancakes (15 to 25 pancakes)

Mix 14 g Yumgo powder + 88 ml water with an immersion blender.

Add 250 g flour, 30 g sugar, 11 g yeast, 2 g salt, 300 ml milk, 65 g melted butter. Mix well.

Let rest for 10 minutes.

Cook 30–50 g portions over medium heat. Flip when bubbles appear.

Yumgo Omelette 1 kg — basic dosage

Equivalent to 2 eggs

13.5 g powder + 13.5 g oil + 73 g water

= 13.5% ratio

1 kg format — equivalent to 148 eggs

1 kg powder + 1 kg oil + 5.4 kg water

= 13.5% ratio

🍳 Omelette Recipe — Plant-based Omelette (6 to 8 servings)

Mix 54 g powder + 50 g neutral oil + 300 g water — dissolve completely.

Season: herbs, spices, kala namak for egg flavor.

Pour into a hot, lightly oiled pan.

Stir continuously for 6 to 8 minutes — golden outside, soft inside.

Common tips: always dissolve the powder completely before use. Lumps? Blend longer, they will disappear. After rehydration: store in the refrigerator and consume quickly.
