9g white vinegar
3g lemon juice
368g sunflower oil

Condiments:

27g of pickles
16g of capers
10g herbs (parsley, chives)
10g fresh onions

Preparation
  • Mix Yumgo Mix sauces with water.
  • Add the mustard, vinegar and lemon juice to the previous preparation and mix.
  • Using a hand blender, gradually add the sunflower oil for about 6 minutes.
  • Once the oil is completely incorporated, add the herbs and the onions, capers and previously chopped pickles and mix for 1 more minute.
