Preparation
  • Mix the flour with the Wholemeal Yumgo powder, add the water and oil and blend.
  • Add the milk gradually and mix well.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan and oil very lightly.
  • Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, spread it out and wait until it is cooked on one side before turning it over.
  • Cook all the pancakes in this way over a low heat.
