Vegan Crepe Recipe – Light and Easy to Make

Discover a simple and quick recipe for vegan crepes, soft and delicious thanks to the use of Yumgo Whole Egg powder, a plant-based egg substitute. Perfect for a gourmet breakfast or snack, these crepes can be adapted to suit all your cravings.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with the Yumgo Whole Egg powder.
  2. Add the water and oil, then blend until you obtain a smooth batter.
  3. Gradually pour in the plant-based milk while continuing to mix.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.
  5. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Cook the crepe until the edges begin to lift, then carefully flip it over.
  7. Continue cooking over low heat until the second side is golden brown. Repeat the process until all the batter has been used.

Chef’s tip
For even lighter crepes, let the batter rest for 30 minutes before cooking. You can also experiment with different plant-based milks according to your taste preferences.
