Preparing the Yumgo omelet

  1. Start by Mix Yumgo Omelet with water and oil. Then blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Season to taste. Then pour the mixture into a hot, lightly oiled pan.
  2. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly until thickened, then reduce the heat to finish cooking. Continue stirring until the omelet is fully cooked and evenly coated.
  3. Once ready, let it cool completely. Then cut the omelet into small pieces. Next, add freshly chopped herbs and Yumgo mayonnaise for an even tastier topping.

Assembling the Egg Mac Muffin

Spread a little Yumgo mayo On the muffin bread base, generously add the omelet mixture, then close your sandwich.

Tips for making a perfect Yumgo omelet

  • Cook the mixture completely: Yumgo Omelet does not allow you to obtain a runny omelette, complete cooking is necessary.
