Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Mash the bananas and then mix them with the brown sugar, flour, and the Yumgo Whole, apple juice, yeast and crushed walnuts.
Melt the butter, add it to the mixture and stir until you get a smooth texture.
Grease and flour a cake tin, then pour in the mixture.
Cut a banana in half lengthwise and place the two halves on top, cut side up. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped walnuts.
Cook 45 minutes at 180°C then continue 20 minutes at 160°C Check if it's cooked through with the tip of a knife.
