Cake batter:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 110 g of light brown sugar
  • 200g of T55 flour
  • 20 g of Whole Yumgo Powder
  • 140g of apple juice
  • 140g of semi-salted butter
  • 60g of crushed walnut kernels
  • 10 g of baking powder

Preparation

Want amoist, delicious, and 100% egg-free banana bread This recipe by Marion Flipo puts a new spin on the classic with Yumgo Whole For a light and delicious result. Perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea, or just to treat yourself!

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • Mash the bananas and then mix them with the brown sugar, flour, and the Yumgo Whole, apple juice, yeast and crushed walnuts.
  • Melt the butter, add it to the mixture and stir until you get a smooth texture.
  • Grease and flour a cake tin, then pour in the mixture.
  • Cut a banana in half lengthwise and place the two halves on top, cut side up. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped walnuts.
  • Cook 45 minutes at 180°C then continue 20 minutes at 160°C Check if it's cooked through with the tip of a knife.
