27g Oil

350g Rice

150g Frozen peas

150g Vegetable bacon bits

1 piece Onion

5g Salt

3 strands Fresh coriander

3 strands Chives

Preparation
  1. Mix the Yumgo Omelette, oil and water. Mix until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  2. Pour the mixture into a oiled sauté pan, has high fire.
    Stir continuously until thickened.
  3. Lower the heat. Season. Continue stirring.1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Reserve the scrambled Yumgo.
  5. Cook the rice.
  6. Wash, peel and chop the coriander and the chives.
  7. Peel the onion and slice it thinly.
  8. In a wok, cook the onion in a little oil. Add the peas. Cook for a few minutes then set aside.
  9. In the same wok, put the vegetable bacon bits with a little oil.
  10. Add the rice. Cook over high heat 5 minutes by mixing.
  11. Add the peas and onions. Heat 1 minute.
  12. Add the Yumgo scrambled. Heat some more 1 minute by mixing.
  13. Add the chives and the coriander. Mix.

Dressage

  • Place the Cantonese rice in a bowl.
  • Garnish with a little fresh coriander.
