Steps
Mix Yumgo Omelette with water and oil, then blend (immersion blender, blender or other).
Pour the mixture into an oiled pan over high heat.
Stir continuously until it thickens, then reduce the heat and season.
Continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring.
Serve immediately.
Advice
The mix is already salted, but you can add a little Kala Namak salt at the end of cooking to enhance the eggy taste.
You can also add cream or other seasonings according to your preferences.
Scrambled eggs can be reheated in the microwave and freeze very well.
