Preparation
  • Mix Yumgo Omelette with water and oil, then mix until the powder is completely dissolved (using a blender, whisk, or other method).
  • Pour oil into a pan over high heat (not a sauté pan) and wait until the pan is very hot.
  • Pour the mixture into the hot pan and stir continuously until thickened.
  • Continue cooking for approximately 3 to 4 minutes. The mixture should be cooked through, neither runny nor mushy. Wait a few seconds for it to cool, then serve!

Advice

The mix is already salted, but you can add a little Kala Namak salt at the end of cooking to enhance the eggy taste.

You can also add cream or other seasonings according to your preferences.

Scrambled eggs can be reheated in the microwave and freeze very well.
