Preparation
  • Mix sugar, pectin, baking soda
    and Yumgo Whole powder.
  • Heat the lemon puree, water and lemon zest
    at 45°C.
  • Add the powders.
  • Cook at 85°C.
  • Pour over the coconut oil and mix.
  • Cool quickly.
