Preparation

👩‍🍳 Preparing the egg bites

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender or mixer.
  2. Blend until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture.
  3. Lightly butter or grease individual molds.
  4. Pour the mixture into the molds.
  5. Add the filling directly into the molds or incorporate it into the mixture.
  6. Bake at140°C for 20 minutes.
  7. Let it cool, then carefully unmold.

❄️ Storage and reheating

  • Egg bites can be frozen.
  • To enjoy them: warm them up 2 minutes in the microwave.

Customize your egg bites with spinach, sundried tomatoes or cream cheese.
