Preparation

Steps

  1. Mix Yumgo Plant-based Omelet with oil and water, then mix all of them (immersion blender, whisk or other suitable utensil).
  2. Season according to your tastes and add the trim of your choice (vegetables, herbs, vegan cheese...).
  3. Pour the preparation in a lightly oiled and very hot pan.
  4. Stir until the texture thickens, then turn down the fire and cover the frying pan.
  5. Go back gently cover the omelet to finish cooking.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips

  • Cook the mixture thoroughly to obtain a texture similar to that of a traditional omelet.
    ➜ Note: It's impossible to get a runny omelet with this product.
  • You can enjoy the cold omelet or the reheat in the microwave without altering its texture.
  • The mixture is already salted but you can add a touch of Kala Namak salt to enhance the characteristic taste of the egg.
  • The omelet can also be frozen for later use.
