Preparation

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  • Add the liquid ingredients and blend using an immersion blender. Pour the mixture over a shortcrust pastry base.
  • Add the filling of your choice.
  • Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C.

Tips:

  • Wait for the quiche to cool completely before slicing.
  • The quiche mixture can also be baked without a crust.
