Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Whisk together all the dry ingredients: Yumgo Pâte Jaune, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the water and the melted margarine (or butter).
  3. Mix using a stand mixer for 4 minutes at maximum speed.
  4. Pour the batter into the mold.
  5. Draw a line of oil down the center of the batter to help it rise.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes at 170°C.
  7. Allow to cool before unmolding.
