Vegan Chocolate Financiers – Soft and Rich in Flavor

Soft in the center, rich in cocoa flavor, and delicately melt-in-the-mouth, these vegan chocolate financiers are perfect as a dessert or alongside a gourmet coffee. A simple and quick recipe with an irresistibly delicious result every time.
Financier Batter
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, almond flour, sugar, and cocoa powder).
- Rehydrate the Yumgo White by mixing it with water.
- Add the rehydrated Yumgo White mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Add the melted margarine or plant-based butter and mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Divide the batter into previously greased financier molds.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 160°C (320°F). Allow to cool slightly before unmolding and serving.
Chef’s Tip
For an even more indulgent version, add a few dark chocolate chips to the batter before baking, or dust the financiers with a little cocoa powder just before serving.
