Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Rehydrate Yumgo Whole Powder with the water.
  3. Mix the rehydrated Yumgo Whole Powder with the milk, cream, and flour using an immersion blender.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture onto a shortcrust pastry.
  6. Add your choice of filling.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 220°C.

Tips

  • Wait until the quiche has completely cooled before slicing.
  • After baking, the quiche can be reheated in the oven or in the microwave.”
