  • Mix Yumgo mix sauces with water.
  • Add the mustard, vinegar and lemon juice to the previous preparation and mix.
  • Using a hand blender, gradually add the sunflower oil for about 6 minutes.
  • Once the oil is completely incorporated, mix for 1 more minute.
